The meetings will begin at 11 AM and 7:00 PM will last 1½ to 2 hours. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in and get settled before the meeting begins.
What to Bring
Chairs will be provided in the meeting room. You are welcome to bring your own backjack or other floor seating.
Getting there
by bus or car:
From the central station you can take bus 5A (towards Husum Torv) to Stefansgade. About 6 minutes walk (0,4 km) from Stefansgade to Mimersgade 47. See map.
From Noerreport station you can take bus 350S (towards Ballerup station) to Noerrebros Runddel. About 9 minutes walk (0,7 km) from Noerrebros Runddel to Mimersgade 47. See map.

If you are driving by car from Motorvej 19 (Lyngbyvej): Turn right onto Hans Knudsens Plads about 46 m. Continue straight ahead onto Rovsinggade about 1,3 km. Turn left onto Tagensvej about 247 m. Turn right onto Hamletsgade about 267 m. Turn left onto Nannasgade about 210 m. Turn right onto Ægirsgade about 104 m. Turn left onto Mimersgade about 81 m.
